For over 35 years, Peter V. Arcese, Esq., has been providing estate planning and mediation services to clients who want to transfer their wealth and secure their legacies.
He focuses on wills, trusts, and estates, as well as business succession and charitable gift planning. He is a certified mediator and a member of the American Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Section Mediation Committee, where he served as co-chair from 2011-2015.
Peter holds an LL.M in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, and a JD, an MA, and a BA in English Language and Literature. He is also an adjunct assistant professor of Humanities at the New York University School of Professional Studies, where he teaches courses on classic and contemporary world literature.
He is passionate about helping parents, authors, and artists protect their families and their literary and artistic work. He believes in the power of mediation to resolve conflicts, foster communication, and promote justice.
